PACKAGING INSURANCE

All our packages are highly securely packed. However, due to the fragile nature of glasses. We offer shipping insurance at a nominal sum of $6. If any products arrive damaged, we will arrange replacement immediately.

Thanks to the feedback of our customers, we have become better and better at packaging our products. Damaged packages don't happen anymore, but in the rare case this occurs, feel free to contact us.
