Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking for orders over $70. You can track your package here: http://parcelsapp.com/en There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax. Hurray!

Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in Singapore, Hong Kong and China (Whatever warehouse is closest to your location, we will ship from). We perform weekly audits of our inventory to ensure our product quality is of the highest standard.

Fee: $6.99

For fragile glass items, in case of any damages or loss during delivery, we will resend the item within 1 business day upon notification.

 

Standard Shipping Time

Due to COVID19, shipping time is slightly increased to  2-6 weeks.

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International shipping for orders over $70 is complimentary. For orders below this amount, shipping rates are will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!
