What if my whiskey glass arrives broken or damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely, but if your whiskey glass arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We will be happy to send you a replacement glass or issue a refund.

Are your whiskey glasses dishwasher safe?

Where are your glasses made? Where do you ship from?
All our glasses and decanters are designed in Japan and mouth blown in our factories in Thailand, Taiwan and China. We have warehouses across Asia and which warehouse we ship from will depend on the proximity of your location.
